By enrolling in a membership at FRAME BJJ, I authorise the academy to initiate recurring auto-debit payments from my nominated bank account or credit card as per the selected payment schedule. I understand that memberships are ongoing and it is my responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid failed transaction fees. Requests for cancellations or pauses must be submitted in writing at least fourteen days prior to the next billing cycle. I agree to the terms of the membership agreement and acknowledge that all financial transactions are processed securely. Failure to maintain active payment status may result in the suspension of training privileges until the account is settled in full.
