Who Is Frame BJJ?
Frame BJJ was built on the idea that technique, structure, and intelligence can overcome size and strength. As a smaller-built athlete, founder Dino Isla learned early that relying on strength alone was never enough.
Through years of training and experience, he developed a style centred around frames, leverage, timing, and structure, the core principles that allow smaller practitioners to control, defend, and overcome bigger, stronger opponents.
The name “Frame” represents resilience, efficiency, discipline, and the belief that anyone can succeed with the right foundations. At Frame BJJ, we teach practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu designed to help everyday people build confidence, skill, and strength, regardless of age, size, or athletic ability.
